We currently accept orders shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Are products ready to ship?

Most products are made to order after purchase. Production time is usually 2 to 7 business days before carrier transit, although timing may be longer during holidays, promotions, or supplier delays.

Who produces and ships the products?

Orders may be produced and shipped by print-on-demand production partners, including Gelato where applicable. Dispatch regions can vary by product, destination, size, color, and facility availability.

Are all products physical items?

Most products are physical made-to-order items. Some wall art listings may be offered as prints or digital downloads. Digital products are clearly labeled on the product page when no physical shipment is included.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes, many listings include options for names, roles, dates, or short custom text. If personalization is available, those fields appear before checkout. Please review spelling and details carefully before placing your order.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before production begins. Once a personalized or made-to-order item is in production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Do you accept returns?

Eligible non-personalized physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery if they are new, unworn, unwashed, and unused. Personalized or custom-made items are not returnable for buyer’s remorse when produced correctly, but damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items are covered.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email info@printunicorn.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
