Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

Print Unicorn is operated by Print Unicorn LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit printunicorn.com, contact us, create an account, place an order, or interact with our store.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, personalization text, support messages, reviews, and account information when you choose to create an account.

We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, cart activity, and checkout activity through cookies, analytics tools, security tools, and ecommerce platform functions.

How we use information

We use personal information to process orders, collect payment, produce personalized products, ship orders, provide tracking, respond to support requests, handle returns or refunds, prevent fraud, secure the website, improve product pages, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

If you opt in to marketing, we may use your email address to send product updates, promotions, abandoned cart reminders, or store news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Payments and checkout

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Print Unicorn LLC does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment providers may process payment details, billing information, fraud signals, and transaction records according to their own policies.

Sharing with service providers

We share only the information needed for service providers to perform business functions. These providers may include ecommerce hosting, payment processors, fraud prevention services, print-on-demand production partners, shipping carriers, email providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, and advertising platforms.

For made-to-order and personalized products, your order details and shipping information may be shared with production partners so they can manufacture and dispatch the purchased item.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep carts working, remember preferences, measure site performance, understand product interest, prevent abuse, and support advertising or remarketing where permitted. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some checkout and cart features may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.

Data retention and security

We keep order, support, tax, and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the business, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for order fulfillment, tax, legal, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

Children

Our website is intended for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.

Pinterest API And App Data Use

Print Unicorn LLC may use the official Pinterest API to connect our own Pinterest Business account with printunicorn.com for organic content publishing, product Pin creation, board mapping, and performance review related to our own products and content.

When we connect to Pinterest through OAuth, the app may access limited Pinterest account information needed to perform the authorized functions, such as reading our boards, identifying board IDs, creating organic Pins, and storing Pin publishing records for audit, duplicate prevention, and error handling.

We use Pinterest API access only for Print Unicorn LLC’s own Pinterest Business account and owner-controlled content from printunicorn.com. We do not manage third-party Pinterest accounts, do not collect Pinterest passwords, do not use browser automation or scraping, and do not access Pinterest billing or payment settings through the app.

Pinterest API credentials, access tokens, and refresh tokens are stored securely in server-side or local environment configuration and are not sold, shared, or published. We do not sell, rent, or redistribute Pinterest API data to third parties or advertising networks.

Our app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest. Pinterest is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

If Pinterest access is disconnected, or if deletion is requested, we will remove stored Pinterest API tokens and related app connection data unless we need to retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, audit, legal, or operational purposes.
