Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how Print Unicorn LLC handles returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and buyer’s remorse for orders placed on printunicorn.com. It applies to orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
Return window
Eligible non-personalized physical products may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original condition where possible.
Return requests made after 30 days from delivery may be declined unless the issue involves a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different item.
Personalized and made-to-order products
Many Print Unicorn products are made to order and may include names, roles, dates, custom text, or design choices selected by the customer. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund for buyer’s remorse, size preference, spelling submitted by the customer, color preference, or change of mind after production begins.
Personalized and made-to-order items are still covered if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the purchased listing.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product listing, contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when relevant.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the issue.
Buyer remorse returns
For eligible non-personalized physical items, buyer remorse returns are accepted within the 30-day window described above. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, or an incorrect item.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping, gift wrapping, and other non-product service fees are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
How to start a return
Email info@printunicorn.com with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the request, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the request and provide next steps.
Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided by our support team after approval. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, because some orders are fulfilled by production partners and the return address may differ from the business address.
Refund timing and fees
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, or after we approve a refund for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-delivered item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Print Unicorn LLC does not charge restocking fees. If a return label is provided for a buyer remorse return, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges and cancellations
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, place a new order after the eligible return or refund is approved. Cancellation requests can only be considered before production begins. Once a made-to-order or personalized item is in production, it may no longer be cancelable.
Non-returnable items
Digital downloads, final sale items clearly marked on the product page, gift cards, used or washed apparel, and personalized products made correctly according to the customer’s submitted details are not returnable for buyer’s remorse.
